Custom or made-to-order designs may take 10–15 business days for stitching and finishing before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time: 5–8 business days depending on your city.
Delivery charges appear at checkout or may be waived during promotional offers.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Costs and delivery times vary by destination.
Please note: Custom duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ayaan Fashion Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are offered only for manufacturing defects.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost after verification.

Refunds

As most of our products are made to order, we currently do not offer cash refunds.
In eligible cases, store credit or exchange may be provided at the discretion of Ayaan Fashion Studio.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to our provided return address.
  3. After inspection, your exchange or credit will be processed within 7–9 working days.
